A watermark is simply a faint pattern that appears to be printed under the text of your document. I will not make your document any more or less legal. It will make it harder for someone to forge your Will. And, depending upon your taste, it may make it look like it has more authority.

It is personal because it consists of your name in outline rotated by 90 degrees and enlarged to cover the page.
