And for extra convenience we have set up some pre-set examples so you can make an Advance Medical Directive in less than five minutes. You can, of course, spend as long as you like getting everything just right.

Your Credit Card details are never made known to us, that's all handled by PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you don't even need a credit card.

As soon as you have paid we will send your Advance Medical Directive by email. It arrives as a PDF document. This document contains your Advance Medical Directive and instructions on how to complete it . . . ie get it signed and witnessed. You then have 7 days where you can return and change any details of your Advance Medical Directive.
